Will I have to say something?

Not if you don’t want to. You are invited to ask questions or make comments, but there is no pressure.
The sessions are informal, a mixture of group work, couples working on their own, couples meeting with a counsellor and short talks given by the team.
Questionnaires
These are designed to assess the strengths of the relationship and the personality type of each partner. There are no right or wrong answers.

“An excellent course run in an informal way with presenters who put you at ease right from the start…..”

Reading and writing skills:

Couples will be asked to complete 2 true/false type questionnaires. A small amount of writing will be required on the course.

Special arrangements can be made for couples or individuals with special literacy needs.

“When the priest said we had to do it, I resented being forced – now I look back on it as the time we spent best….”
